Our Approach to Training Our training and education incorporates theoretical, practical and interactive learning giving you the confidence to put the theory into practice. From the 1st April the responsibilities of the Healthcare Commission were over by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We do not expect there to be much impact up the registration process at this time but will keep you informed when details of the new registration scheme are available.
